I qualify for wholesale. How do I register?

As a designer or retail store with a tax ID number, you do qualify.
It's easy. Just register (click the Log In button at the top left of the site and fill out your contact information if you haven't already), fax your reseller certificate and a NYS Form ST-120 to us at 805-357-6855. Once your application is processed (2 days), you will receive an email confirming your wholesale status. You can then login with the email address and password you set during the registration process.

I am a wholesale customer. Why do I still only see retail prices when I log in?

Our catalog displays only retail prices. Your wholesale discount will be subtracted from your order when you enter the checkout process. You will be able to review the final order, including your wholesale discount, before you are transferred to the payment window.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, but we have a handling charge of $10 for orders under $20.

Do you have a retail or wholesale location?

No, we have 2-3 local retail shows per year, click on Calendar for the dates.

How do you ship and what does it cost?

We ship flat rate priority mail. Check shipping for pricing details.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not share your information with anyone. When you place an order, you will submit credit card, shipping, and billing information to PayPal on our behalf. This information is likewise kept perfectly private.
